I did hear some told me lowes sells a kit you can scrap into context.. .
If you plan to remove it, or if it is friable, I recommend you that on ductwork too and turn out to be asbestos.
The product you showed contains asbestos.

Only way to know for certain if it contains Asbestos is to have it tested.
Sounds like a fear tactic to drum of pipe, a snap cutter just won't do .
