But if it is asbestos I have to fill out paperwork.
Those are the tiles in the photo.
Question was mainly if the Asbestos was able to wear from a tile and show up as dust in the carpet the tiles up.

Anybody else have a concern about what appears to be asbestos tiles lining the engine room of trawlers?? Especially Taiwan boats. Obviously I will get it tested to find if it is inded asbestos but if it is it may be a costly matter with health consequences...

We had asbestos roof tiles which our builder had asbestos roof tiles which our builder disposed off at the local dump.
Paying them to do a full survey that may not be necessary .

Our home was built late 1950's early 1960's. The basement floor has the 9X9 tiles (brown and white) that we believe has asbestos in them. Unfortunately on some of the tiles the corners are cracked and came up and I believe you can see the cement flooring...

It's a sheet vinyl floor which I think is about 4 yrs old based on when the PO said she had it put in.
Underneath it is plywood.
Underneath that plywood is some "awesome green" sheet vinyl. The picture is taken...

When I was 15 I was paid to remove tiles off a asbestos roof, I have had concers about this for some unknown reason recently, I never wore a mask cause no one told me it was dangerous, is this something I could go to the nhs about?

I would just replace the missing tiles, with any tile, there just asbestos tile in our basement,some of which has come lose after hurricane Irene flooded the basement.
There is no reason to do this.
