DRINKS
At school the only juice the students are permitted is sky juice, water, H2O. Here is a really neat idea for your kids drinks during the summer months. Half fill their drink bottle with water, put the lid on and put in freezer lying on its side...

Just found this link to a study that suggests diet drinks can cause weight to pile on. Maybe its just another one of 'those' scare stories, but interesting reading even so.
