So i rock a watercooled i7 at 2.7ghz, 6 gigs o ram, decent HD, an Nvidia 560ti etc.
setting resolution doesnt seem to help the frames, and setting effects all the way down still doesnt give me the 60+ constant frames i'm looking for.
anyone else have ...

I'm not saying she shouldn't exercise at all but anything... .
Plus she will most likely be told not to exercise during her two week wait .
There is a risk of twisting your ovaries while Stimming .
I wouldn't recommend doing intense cardio while going through IVF .
