So though my house is assessed my house is assessed at $25K, that means the city is claiming that it's worth $50K.
In Michigan, tax assessments are supposed to be 50% of the market value.

There is no such thing as a "true" market value as personal opinion and....
As far as your "true" market value goes you could get 10 appraisals from 10 different companies and get 10 different values.
You are looking for an appraisal.
Would you buy a home listed $100,000 lower than assessed value, it's located on the corner of a highway, & i'd get out of renting.?

Since the keys must be NSStrings, the following will always work: for... .
Given that the example for loop uses id key , I'll bet you're used to a language like ruby that allows keys to be an arbitrary object type .
NSDictionary keys must be NSString objects.
