Tropical provinces support about 6 units lass than the shown support limit. And the visible support limit value of a province is usualy rounded up while it still uses the lesser fraction to calculate the actual attrition. source

Heck, the whole program was formally written up in the 1970s by a wrestling coach. Glassman is a smart businessman, but he hasn't really introduced a single new fitness concept. The Internet provided a conduit to many more people than any local coach could attract and Glassman was able to leverage that better and faster than others. It has basically nothing to do with the quality of the program, which is not particularly great and obviously not original. source
