You will have more fun fishing if you don't let the rule breakers get to you they are unavoidable but ignorable Although he was probably "not" hurting anything if you want to do something just call the sheriff and let them deal with it .

I just read in the regs (Ga.) that you cannot hunt hogs from a motor vehicle. This includes private land. I find it hard to believe that you can't sit on an atv which is not running and pop a hog.
