This new law for motorcycles is going to create even more confusion for ATV not to ride on that part....
The law they changed was within the motor vehicle code to the ATV helmet requirement.
The new law only applies to motorcycles.

I am planning an atv trip to northern NM this summer. Can you give me some advice on where to ride NE of Santa Fe. I will need a campground or RV park that can be ridden out of to access the riding area. Any advice will be appreciated.

Anyone who plans to take an ATV to interlake needs to have registration in your state or if your state doesn't register ATV's you must have an Indiana ATV sticker. All vehicles on the trails must be registered and tagged or have a Indiana ATV sticker....

Nothing was said about registration or stickers.
However, for rest and asked for the ATV rules such as helmets, etc..
And you personally pay farm taxes, you can register your ATV as a Farm vehicle in KY.
