This 0 bidder just ruined my auction by bidding 500 than 1000 just to figure out my reserve, now he met my reserved but his location is china and it's says local pick up only in California. Auction closes in couple of hours.

I've just started playing this game today and every time I try to acess the storefront or auction house it says feature unavailable "the forza servers are unavailable at this time" are the servers shut down?
