The 1886....
You may have been misled by the fact that stamp has "Stamp Duty" on it.
The Stamp from Victoria was issued 1884 - 1886 "A real See I told you that you had a way of taking images.

Some nice items & blocks picked up in London in 1964 & 1966, by Jim Brodie. 1966 was the last year of use, 1958 the last year of printing so I assume these are all from that. 1964. Even my A3 scanner couldn't quite do the whole sheet! and some from 19...
