An acquaintance's FB status was all about how she is glad that the definition is being narrowed so autism can stop being over-diagnosed. She is a young teacher, and it just really annoyed me.

Does anybidy know where my sister can go to get an autism diagnosise for herself in stoke on trent?
She went to the GP who stated that they dont do that in the area.
I was diagnosed as on the spectrum 4 months ago and it has made my whole life make sense...

His paternal grandparents didn't know what autism was, and blamed it on bad there are similarities from person to person, no case two cases are exactly the same.

I went to the GP and was told there was no way of getting of area clinic, or for private DX, you can write to your local primary care trust and request that this be done.
