They are based in Satwa, about 20 mins drive from The Springs .
You could email these guys and ask them if they know of any support groups near The Springs.

The diagnosis rate of autism and aspergers seems to have exploded in the last decade, they seem to have taken over from the ADHD epidemic.

I think stronger criteria for the diagnosis of autusm is a good thing. I feel that "Autism" has become the newest PC catchall for everything that is wrong with children these days.
