Have you been back to the GP.
He is now in a care home as I couldn't cope with him anymore, his aggression well, but the aggression is not aimed at me.

I haven't had the need to place Evan on medications - it was once considered in the past, but during the past year, his behaviors improved ten-fold with other interventions... .
What medication would he be trialing? risperidone/Risperdal? That would be my guess .
