Whenever an account gets suspended/banned the payments are also put on hold.
I would email support and let them know they forgot to release the payment hold from when your account was suspended.

You will find it the same way for a mortgage payment of money to join.
Paying a loan payment with a credit card would be a HUGE red flag.
I cant think of a single lender that would allow that, and for good reason .
