What are some software packages available to provide 90% of the avatar functionality for my games? My favorite is xbox's Avatar system (but I want it in my PC games).
I need the ability to customize the looks of a person (body, clothes, etc...).

XNA Avatar....
It's already been submitted it will be available.
The game using it must carry an E on the XNA platform, but the avatar functionality isn't available yet.
An avatar API, but it's use is restricted from what I understand.

I got a code for clothes for an Xbox-Avatar. I know that the code is for male clothing and I got a female Avatar, but why the heck can't I download the clothing anyhow? Does this mean I have to store the code until I decide to change the gender of...

Sorry.
Once that is done enter but not be able to use/wear the clothing, you have to either change to a Male avatar or go without..
You just have to change the *** of your avatar.
You can enter the code.

Depends on who is hot, you can wear something like what is on my picture avatar.
I would advice you Bubble Gum's answer is good with that hot picture on her avatar.

D will not be necessary for this, but the painter algorithm that is common in the 3D world might IMHO save you some work:
The painter algorithm works by drawing the most distant objects first, then overdrawing with objects closer to the camera .

Re: Do you think the characters should have gotten new clothes? Personally I wish Satoshi had got a change in jacket to resemble the BW2's PC's jacket. I couldn't see him in the shorts, leggings or the hat thing the PC has.

Perhaps they have on some avatar clothes that are not showing properly so are defaulting to some.
