In word 2003 in the envelopes and mailings section there is no option for
Avery Labels L7156. I cannot find it, i have no idea how to print them. the
size of them is 58mm x 17.8mm. PLEASE HELP ME

I bought OfficeMax CD labels that are supposed to be the same alignment as Avery 8692 labels. Maybe they are--I don't have any Avery labels to compare them to--but I find the CD label image doesn't print in close enough...

Are not experienced in this, skins is right, you can't do much about alignment .
