Honestly....
Who the hell would have thought it was going to be nominated anyway? It has 96% on Rotten Tomatoes Loud and Incredibly Close was nominated? It's got a mentally disabled child, September 11th, and Tom of "Achievement" award.

One of the few books Starship Troopers?....
It's one of the few science fiction books should read the book, its a quick read and blows the movie out of the water.
The movie didn't really capture the essence of the book at all.

After watching the Golden Globes recently, it got me thinking what do people look for in a movie when deciding which to nominate for awards? I say this because most of the movies I have seen that won an Oscar, Golden Globe, etc I didn't think were that...

I think only the time for movies that much this year, I think I've seen way less than half of the nominated in for Art Direction.
I suppose this is as good a place as any to post about other Award shows as well.
