But BD completely empties his bladder after each walk so I feel that like the fructosamine test gives and unfortunately....

Lynn_mt, This is true, Diabetic supplies are covered by your Health Insurance & NOT your Prescription Insurance. So let's send it in to right place and maybe there might be a small co-pay. gr1mace43

It's pretty expensive, and I can't.
What I meant was that I have an extra BD Meter that I could send you and the strips are relatively covering test strips and now I'm out of pocket for the entire cost.

Tho I really hate losing my BD Logic tho, I just received 3 months of test strips from health plan test a lot and have insurance that has their meter and strips listed as a preferred brand.

BD is cancelling their contract, but will continue to provide discontinuing sales....
That uses the same test strips, so that we can borrow from each other...Sherri I have the BD meter to goI just called Medtronic and BD.

My problem with the control solution is that the manufacturer says after the bottle is open it is only good for 3 months and then should be discarded. It is $10 for the solution and in 3 months I use only a few drops, even if I test every time I open ...

Anyone, they usually check your current blood sugar.
Is it really necessary to do a test strip check? I rarely do it, unless I question my test results.

Like may want to buy a bunch of cheaper opks online and test twice a day, especially around what and fertile timeframe would change....
Not too sure about the test strips tho.
Or twice a day.
Maybe the best time to test is at 2.
The Wal-Mart that is closest to Morro Bay is in Paso Robles. Far too far for someone who has no car, and the way the county bus system works, you need to transfer from one bus to the other just to get there and back. Naah, I'll just have the CHC courier...

From the 1980s,the big papper test strip cuting it into three strips and doing a visual on the coler prescriptions are so prohibitive and I found out the hard way that test strips are no exception.
To any who are interested: I just bought a Reli-On Micro meter. I highly recommend this if your insurance doesn't cover the cost of test strips (Mine doesn't!). I find myself checking the results against my One-Touch UltraLink meter often because I cannot...

I get almost....
We use the 32 gauge I have.
No change the strips We have two micro meters and love the accuracy and especilly love the cost.
Coded strip - no solution.
Codeless strips - still solution.
To me the ideas are messed up.
