At least it points to a link between Vitamin C intake and BG levels.

Too little, and you see numbers high a difference in BG rises and medication.
With insulin and not taking into account every carb CAN affect your BG.

Apart from the obvious eating too many carbs I've started to notice other patterns that adversely effect my BG readings. Normally my lowest BG readings are around 11.00am and 3.30pm which are my +2 hour readings post breakfast and post lunch.

At 7.7, Jun 11- 7.2, Aug 11-6.3, Nov 11-5.9, Dec 11-5.8 Raised levels tend to give me a headache or foggy not sure if I'm imagining it, but I think I can tell when my BG is raised.

Thank you for your compliments. I usually try to wait 2 hours after a meal to test but sometimes it's only a hour and a half. It really seems to be going good and it's not that hard. I just hope I canstick with it. I'm 5'9" and started out weighing 19...

A month and a half ago my fasting bg was about 150 to 170 and my post I'm only concerned with carbs and getting....
My fasting bg is averaging about 105 my post meals are around 135 to 155.
My a1c (first and only so far) was 7.0.
Tapered off.
