When I had my BMW in for a Pre purchase inspection, when I bought it, it was done by a very reputable BMW indep. shop. They also changed the oil during the PPI.
The oil they used is noted as "ELF synthetic 5w-30, meets OEM requirements."

Cost to replace viscious fan and water pump at indie for a 99 528- Are Circoli and OTSA good brands?
Want to do it as pre-emptive measure in the next few months- the radiator was replaced in 2009 along witht the hoses- what sort of ballpark figure would I be looking at, £200ish all in maybe? Cheers

Since last 1 yr i am never getting any BMW loaners although dealers arrange for rental cars , what is the deal like , i thought that i would always get BMW Loaners for any warranty work and thats what the salesrep had mentioned at the time of purchase...
