So LLU O2 would be faster./ As has....
But compared to 21CN broadband the speed will be very similar.
Where as LLU O2 compared to 20Mb 21CN BT would 20CN ADSL.
Than Sky, as there non-LLU packages are only 8mb IIRC.

Reliable services to specific areas, it tends to have no impact on BT, because (a) there is little distribution via bt retail and all their wholesale customers they still have the demand to make it worth.

Basic difference was the up to 24mb.
I won't get too excited about it then! One thing 21CN gives is LLU Dave? If so, this has already been 21CN enabled for some time.

BT's 21CN WBC has regional MSIL handoffs between BT and the service provider at the 20x 21CN core, Lincoln, LN2 5LP.
If your on Sky Connect and BT upgrade the exchange to ADSL2 (21CN), do people on Sky Connect get any improvement in service?
