How many years is this to be over? IIRC Paragon/Mortgage Trust have a max age of 80 and TMW 90.
I bet you were into The Mortgage Works and Birmingham Midshires before.
And BM are too main stream.

Good afternoon all,
I have a rather niche question and thought I'd try it out on you lot, having completely stumpted my bank's mortgage adviser.
We are a couple in our 30s with a joint annual income of around £55k p.a. We currently live on a boat that...

Bad advice given - you....
We've been told we can't have another mortgage whilst we've got CTL as it's only given for 1 year at a time so no long-term guarantee.
What income(s) do you have? £60K joint income.
To speak to a mortgage advisor.
