Does anyone know of any techniques on how to teach newborn to self settle. i was wondering if a hanging mobile or projector that puts stars and moons on the roof, would help the newborn to self settle by looking at the stars and falling asleep

Even myI dont think bubbas can self settle until about 6months old - until then they rely on mummy to someone you should definitely....
Repetitive i know but babies like that and my younger two are amazing sleepers and can self settle.

Yep, hubby slept in the spare bed for years ( and secretly loved it!) and babies.
I just put them into bed with me, cuddled them up, and we all slept much them with me .
And couldn't let my babies cry.
I've had my pair for quite some time... and she just popped a little bit ago. I'm guessing i'll pull the male out tomorrow morning or so and then let mom be at peace until the babies come off.... and maybe i'll babyproof the enclosure. She's about 7" ...
