What's the best way to preserve fresh eggplants? I always end with more

...) This eggplant parm recipe definitely sped up my contractions but I think your baby will come when eating a lot of eggplant parm, but it could be a cooincidence! For DD1 I made eggplant parm.

Well since I'm 40 weeks and still no baby, I'm trying anything and everything to make this a little faster. A friend of mine said eggplant parmesan worked for her so I'm trying it! Sounds horrible but it isn't all that bad lol made it and a pineapple ...

Okay, so four years ago I stuck this eggplant in the ground just to fill up a spot. It's turned into the mother of all eggplants and just pumps out babies like it's part bunny rabbit. Well she's covered right now (at least 20 fruits) and still growing...
