I have tons of little baby snails everywhere and they are getting bigger. How do I control them? Are there any fish that will eat them?

Noticed two or three a week ago, thought I was just going crazy.
Today while feeding and cleaning a bit I noticed they're everywhere... Here's a picture of two stuck together on my fingers...
1, should I expect them all/most to survive?
2, I'm curious...

Uh. Apparently my plants melting, despite me cutting feeding back, has provoked a SNAILSPLOSION in my tank. There's tiny white snails with sidespiral shells EVERYWHERE!
Would dosing No Planaria kill them?

I have a 5g snail tank that needs to be emptied by Tuesday at the latest.
The snails shells are not in good condition as I honestly haven't been focusing my attention towards the snails or their aquarium.
I am NOT sure on the exact count of how many snails...
