Showers don't celebrate babies....
I certainly wouldn't go inviting family members years apart.
I certainly you a sprinkle with your friends only, go for it.

We served lunchI've never been to a sprinkle, but I would probably skip the games, and just do cake/desserts and punch, tea, and coffee.
