If I do, I'd only invite very close friends, my mom/MIL/Sister/SIL .
I'm debating a sprinkle if I have a girl.

The New Testament was translated from the Greek. The Greek word baptiso meant submersion while rontiso meant sprinkling. (Greek scholars feel free to correct my spelling.)
Does it matter? Personally I think it's not for us to decide but to obey God's ...

I personally got no problem with infant baptisms, sprinkle, dunk, aspersion.
Only if you for spiritual growth? Yes.
I do not think you can compare a decision made by a youth/adult to baby getting sprinkled.

Thats what I was thinking as well, do I do it so I can get the completion coupon at the end sprinkle for number....
That being said, I did register for baby for a sprinkle.
I don't think a registry is appropriate for a "sprinkle" .

Over the last year I have become really good friend's with a girl I met through a mom's group. She is insistent on throwing my a sprinkle for DS#2 due in a few months, but I feel awkward because I already have DS#1, who is only 13 months old. I have explained...

I think just having a get together to celebrate a baby is nice.
I think a "sprinkle" is fine...although if you (or anyone) wants to "celebrate" a baby, they can/will.
Do now.

I nicely said no thanks to my sister and step mom. I feel so weird having anything like another shower. I got so spoiled last time that i'd feel so bad if they invited any of my friends.
They kind of fought me on it, so I said please just only invite ...

So, my good friend's mother in law is throwing her a baby shower. Normally this would be lovely, but this is her 3rd baby! Maybe I'm over reacting, but I think this is tacky. In her defense, she has two girls and this baby is a boy, so I kind of get it...

I'veI personally dont think its tacky at all! This is my third and our first baby girl and because its all the smaller things.
Wouldn't expect a shower after my first baby, but a sprinkle would be nice if I had another one.

I had a friend offer to throw a baby shower for me and this is my 2nd baby. True, it's a different gender, but it wasn't until she offered to throw it for me that I started to feel uncomfortable about having another one.
I just feel bad asking my friends...

I had never heard of not having a baby shower for a woman with multiple children.
I'm having a second shower.
Of this baby is A-ok, just decide how you feel about the gift part of it.

So now that we know we are having a boy, a baby shower is being planned...whether I like it or not...which I must admit I'm thankful as I have nothing! In our area you do a shower or sprinkle for every baby...but since this baby is 5 years after my last...

IMO, you will still get things you need for a baby' or 'gift-grabby' for having a shower or sprinkle (that someone else is throwing for them) for babyI wouldn't side-eye you in the least....
Is hosting the shower to call it a sprinkle.

I seem to get mixed reviews. I am not sure if anyone will throw me a sprinkle or not, but I had been considering registering even if it was just for myself to keep me organized and on tops of sales, plus the completion coupons are always nice. What did...

All of the baby gear we got for DS was gender neutral because we knew we....
We didn't.
So cases I would not even think the check a registry .
If someone does throw you a sprinkle it's generally odds and ends and baby clothes.
Shower.
