My wife went to get babybacks for New Year's Day and ended up getting Beef Ribs instead. They look beautiful but I needed pork for New Years. Anyway, we froze the beef ones and I am thinking I may cook them on the egg next weekend. Any ideas?

We've been eatin beef ribs in the crockpot alot lately ta get a break from pork I posted a great braised beef ribs recipe in my cooking.
They turn out great.
And slow with a good amount of smoke.

Bake ribs....
Cover pan with foil.
Generously sprinkle rub mixture over both sides of ribs; rub in with your fingers.

Never once have they been dried out.
Each time the ribs have been very good.

Then I put the ribs....
I rub the ribs and wrap them tightly with aluminum foil.
I light one burner and put it on medium.
Follows; adapted from a couple of "Art of the Grill" recipes), and some Chinatown babyback ribs[2 grill.
