Add of Brie Cheese inside of the stemmed mushroom, wrap in bacon and bake at 375 till the bacon is crisp and sometimes I place a scallop....
Cook the bacon and reserve 2 Tbs of the drippings.
Cups of water salt and peppeer to taste.
Eh. Nothing to write home about. Parboiled potatoes, sliced, coated in melted bacon fat, covered with sliced onion, seasoned with S&P, then browned in a hot oven. I like potatoes better with butter or olive oil.

Bacon grease gets it's own private pint mason use a paper towel.
For me...
Bad in what way? I just wasn't sure if putting burger or sausage grease in with bacon grease would soil it.
Don't know, I only save bacon fat.
