I suggest getting some pills and taking a steamy shower .
Your headache should start to go away.
Something like benadryl or claritin works great for that.

Witch is worse a migraine or a bad headache? A bad headache being throbing in both temples and above the eyes and sound and bright lights hurt I think a migraine is more to do with sight and you see shimmering lights that hurt and can last up to three...
