The hammer coral that I had grew all kinds of new heads and I never experienced a bubble.
Many times when this occurs it is from stress need to asap .
Either be a polyp bailout or it may just disappear.

Yesterday Chase reported that it lost $2 billion dollars! A huge loss. And they lost it in those same trades that got us into this whole depression.
That is a h*ll of a big hit. I wonder what the outcome of it is going to be. Here we go again.

No because the cost of the bank bailout are not included in the calculation that the bailout in country after country had to be implemented, or else, as the late Brian Lenihan deficit etc etc would have been not ....
