DH and I had this debate yesterday.
His side: That all the greedy banks were responsible for the housing bubble crash. They took advantage of people and snuck in those balloon payment loans.

With current FHA practices it is likely to be a big one for the housing bubble....
It is all but guaranteed.
Even if we were for an FHA bailout.
That the agency, which insures loans made by private lenders, would not need a direct bailout.

I have seen several threads on here claiming that the unemployment rate for January 2012 was 8.3%. This is based on the misleading official U-3 unemployment rate that excludes discouraged workers and all other people marginally attached to the labor force...
