Staying at a condo at K38 near rosarita beach in july. Renting a car and driving from san diego. Are there still travel issues from the border to rosarita? Will be traveling during the day but I am still hearing about car jacking, bribes, fake cops, etc...

You should repost this on the more active Cabo forum.It is not safe to drive at night due to there being no street lights and animals(cows,goats,etc.)wondering onto the roads.Also be careful of some of the dishonest gas stations,make sure they zero out... .
