Either get some yeast, or cook.
Stone is a good idea because it helps to give your crust a more authentic texture - especially salt

A few times I have had my pie crust weld itself to the pan after baking. This is usually with a crust that is filled and then baked, not pre-baked. Does anyone know what causes this to happen? It is not a matter of the filling leaking through the crust...

I've the double crust - that doesn't work with a pre-bake routine .
So, after many years I simply take the easy way out and par-bake my pie crust no-matter-what.

Mix all ingredients in bowl until a dough forms. Once dough is ready, place in pie pan and use fingers to press out to form crust. Add desired filling and bake as per pie instructions.
Tip - I partially pre-baked the pie crust/shell before adding filling...

I tried this today, it worked great, the only thing is you need to bake it alittle before putting the filling in, like Libby said you soooo much! I'm terrible at making homemade....

So I was never a real baker before going gluten-free...it was always a box for cake or the already baked pizza crusts like Boboli. Now that I'm gluten-free, I tried the pre-baked gluten-free, but they just didn't cut it...

Beat eggs well, Add flour, milk, garlic and baking powder.
Pour into baking pan
