Around 2 years ago I borrowed a Wii and decided to get into the whole Wii Fit thing. That quickly got forgotten about and the thing gathered dust ever since. The borrowed Wii went back and was sold so now I just have this board just sitting there haha...

Broken Balance Board My Wii Balance Board won't power on even with new batteries. You turn it on and the blue power indicator light flashes a bunch of times and then goes out again. Anyone have any ideas on how I might fix this? Or am I screwed?

I must have been clumsy when plugging in the balance taps and shorted a cell out with another battery's cell. The cells might all be fine but at least one of the balance taps sure isn't!
I think from now on I'm going to use balance boards that only do...

These are brilliant! I was given one for Christmas this year and I have used it every day.
I am totally amazed at how much my balance has improved ... I have gone from not being able to stand on it without wobbling, to stepping on to it and completing...

I am glad to hear you found something ....
I am especially stoked with it because I lost my sense of balance a little after spinal surgery a year ago and have had 2 falls in that time.
I posted about it I have improved my balance even more.
