Basically who or what organisation would one report a hotel to that fails to enforce the smoking ban in public places?
Or would it be a waste of time.

The police were called when I was on a train once .
The ban works because of the punitive fines etc.
Far from a waste of time.
The police would be the initial call.

Personally, I am a non smoker but is this going a bridge too far, I know the wafting smell of cigaette smoke can be troublesome, but so too is , some cooking smells, BBQ smoke, stinking garbage bins...
