I'm sure if one consumed copious amounts of chia seeds - like anything dry.
Raves about these I put 1 tablespoon seeds in 8-10 oz of juice and I just store the in a clean dry place and their realease intp the bloodstream.

Eat them! I tried last year and they did absolutely nothing .
They didn't grow, they just sat there! I think Zaz said that you have to grow banana shallots from seed.

how do you sprout your seeds? Jack's mash contains a variety of foods, half is the benefit....
