FYI, there's 200 calories in an average size banana (225g).
I have 1, and ice for a smoothie.

I think speak for anything from Banana Hobby, but I love the Dynam brand that Nitroplanes sells, although) EDF.
In general, I have had pretty good results, with both Nitroplanes and Banana Hobbies.
