Has anyone here had the Lap Band Surgery as i'm a candidate for surgery and wanting to know real life stories by those who've had it done? Whats the positives and negatives?

My personnel doctor has said i don't need LAP BAND SURGERY as he believes that i'm not really to be unsympathetic to your....

Dad lap band surgery....
We have a family friend who is a truck driver, mid 50's, easily 130kg+ .
I think it is lap-band surgery, and sounds, it is LAP band surgery.
If that is an impact on there eating as it is sometimes .

It has been a lot of work and I love my lap band! The OCC is the most amazing place to my surgery.
Ortiz in September 2010 and have lost 75 lbs.

This just makes me angry on your behalf! You shouldn't have to get lap-band surgery to take you off that medication.

I haven't scheduled my surgery yet, but I am completing the preliminary steps leading to surgery.

For myself that is.
I don 't know about vsg but I'm against weightloss surgery in general.
