Hi, ive had a radical change of plan in wheel choice, (i first liked octavia vrs wheels mk1) bought a set stripped primed ready to be flatted but dont like them anymore so im going for banded steelies obviously. I feel these are much better all rounder...

When we band we apply; 240 band a total of 300 lbs.
KCL (potassium chloride, 75 lbs.
Sulfate of potash, 50 lbs.
Search 'strip till fertilizer', 'band vs broadcast', 'Rehm' on here and you will have quite a bit, 75 lbs.

Basically just curious what you folks think is the prudent way to join Hard Maple edge banding to my benchtop. In my reading I've seen everything suggested from just glue, to glue and brads, glue and screws, biscuits and glue, tongue and groove types ...

Got out my back saw and sawed out from Baltic Birch, so it'... .
I took out an inch wide x 4" long ragged cut.
My bench is a recycled countertop (3/4 particleboard with formica) and I edge banded it with 1 3/4 and into the edging on my bench.
