Just installed quickbooks and setting up the online banking. My bank balance shows zero but it saw my first deposit and transferred that no problem. How can i correct this? QB support says its a bank issue and my bank cant figure it out either...

Then in QB you balance from the bank in 2 areas still shows a zero balance and the deposit has cleared over 2 weeks in the Bank Info....
To clarify; You opened a bank account (1st National) and it has a 0.00 balance.
