If I found out a person owing me money was in the process of filing chapter 7 or possibly done and over with and he forgot to include me in the bankruptcy, can I legally go after him?

Just because they (Kodak) filed bankruptcy doesn't negate anything.
This does make sense.
To counter sue them just because they are in bankruptcy? We all know Apple with sue to protect as it is an offensive one.
