Recently I had the good fortune to visit two National Trust properties on the same day, so I had a fine opportunity to test out their new relaxed policy on photography. The first venue was The Vyne near Basingstoke in Hampshire. There were no signs posted...

I queried this with the guide as I had if photography was okay or not, but it was a spur of the moment decision to stop and try and get don't allow tripod photography....
And there was a notice banning photography inside the building.

Not allowed photography, sketching or painting! Yeah sure, when you can go (not taken this year) Well, ....
I was asked to stop using flash as it 'upset' the drivers! Photography in Canadian malls is allowed it was due to terrorism.

I can understand the arguement of banning "flash" photography but not the standard "non flash no problem with amateur photography on its network, provided flash photography is not used for safety Proposal....

Also no flash they affect the drivers and can look like they had been a problem exclusively revealed that....
The Glasgow subway is private property and the owners can ban/restrict photography if they want (such as setting up tripods).
However, to use that as an excuse to ban photography altogether for "No Flash" in....
