Called Comcast and they sent a Tech out to check my cables, hardware, etc. Because they couldn't ping or even reach my modem for troubleshooting...

Problem is that not every about this.
On their network no issues ever and I had 50mbps their never had to call them except when moving barracks the "Search" here for "Barracks" will reveal many threads about this issue.
