Here is what i suggest to improve the game play : -
1. Add NAVY (Naval Vessels) to game in barracks this is would open a new section of weapons for players
like you can add destroyers, frigates, submarines & aircraft carriers....

A guide should tell me the best ways to use my scouts (regardless of tribe) , and give me good tips on how many to use where, etc .
That's a fair comparison, but not really a guide.

It is possible. Each troop also has one civilian groom as well, full time, paid. I would suggest contacting the riding master as a few have suggested, or if you want to go further and buy a horse - the Vet is the person to see, they do sell them off cheap...

I wish I'd known about this 15+ years ago when I used to ride in Hyde Park from Lilo Blum's stable, one of the stable girls, in tears on the evening news - stable had burned down and they'd lost+ years ago when I used to ride in....
