When I plug my laptop in to the original manufacturer's AC adapter, my laptop battery charges.
When I plug it into a knockoff adapter, it stops using the battery, but will not charge.

I have two Lusas lamp that I power with a 12 v battery that I have to charge up , can I run a wire to the regulator with a inline fuse back to the battery to trickle feed the battery , I've tried this but it keep blowing the fuse cheers
