My rechargeable battery pack from a Play and Charge kit does not charge anymore. It used to charge and now it doesn't charge. Does anyone know why this happended? Is there a way to fix it?

Try to only charge it when the battery is dead for a while....

This is true of any rechargeable battery.
What might have happened of the battery.
If the battery is really dead, then there's not much you can do.

Why are these so hard to come by now? I've been using wired controllers recently but they are a pain when the dog comes along looking for attention and pulls the lead out.

Packs but it doesn't state the type of battery as most are nicad which isn't ideal of the battery is wobbly on one of the packs and so only really charges when the controller is still swapping....
