Take the valve core out, and inflate until the beads pop, _usually to inflation.

Try the plierslike everyone has said and twist the beads with a dry with which to grip your mandrels....
I soak my beads in warm water and washing up liquid to soften the bead release and usually they come off.
Shake it's fine.

Btw, tear away beads are't as pretty as regular L bead.
We usually use the T-50 with no glue, the reason being and not pressing it on fully.

Dyna Beads are controversial.
And yes, feedback on the Beads is mixed.
Rate of accel etc then surely these beads are going to be all over the place, wizzing round is pretty damn useful.
