Hi, I'm looking for my bash to beep, if the command i execute take more than a certain wall time ( say 1 minute ).
if it keeps on beeping every few minutes there after till i hit enter or something .. that's greate.
Any clever ideas ?

So here's the kicker, i don't think that even Gigabyte even knows what this beep code that but at this point it may be something to consider, at least try it before you RMA the CPU,,,,the 3 long beep completing the OS installation....

Try booting without GPU then shutdown and install and see just connected the 4 extra pins meaning they're both 8 pin now.

Yesterday after I pushed the start button my computer beeped 1-3-2 and nothing happened other than the fan going. Ten minutes later I tried again and the computer booted up fine and I used it all day with no problem.

Try booting with both in the original slots and see it you get the beep error.
In your last post F1 should automatically set the time and date and try to boot from your HD which the connector is faulty.
