Bit of a process but its worth it. I think im going to have to try this out when they go into full production. Which is very soon. Credit where its due this is pretty cool.

I have in the past carried a can of cold beer that could be built into beer cans for a....
It needs to be cold though.
Add water and insert your can of beerWow, that's different .
Like a big stubby holder pre-filled with urea and gel.
Can anybody give me any info? I am fairly new to trails and thinking about the marathon in may. Thanks!

In 08 there was a big storm a day or three before and trees were that had to be trekked around... .
The trail was not easy as I remember it.
There are some ups and downs.
Since I ran it but the way I remember it the trail is not very rugged.

The beer at the finish was soooo ....
The guy is amazing to watch cruise over rough.
Court Lily runs (and wins) a lot of trail races in Cincinnati and every time he wins one, the announcer calls him, "trail specialist" Court Lily.

It seemed like an eighteen legged race up the Hope Lookout Trail starting at a few minutes after 7pm. Our group of 9 was smokin' runners up the trail...well almost all 9..there was one slow person in the group. We made it to the lookout in pretty reasonable...
