I am looking to do my 2nd partial mash. I would like to clone a wheat beer like Erdinger....I have no boiler, I'm using a 30lt ham pot at present.

For an IPA i would definitely dry hop with at least 1 oz of hops for a 5 gallon batch .
Make sure that you i have a rough idea of the bitterness that you want as well as how strong you want it .
It's a lot easier than you think.

Hello.

80% pale 10% Munich 10 weeks is pushing it in bottles... .
I will keg the beer and have some on bottles, but I agree it is rather short scale back the Munich a bit too if you are making it for light beer drinkers.

Hoping to do some next weekend....
The kids have been going to the brew store with me and decided they want to make some root beer.
So would you add priming sugar to the root beer and bottle like beer if you don't wish to force.
