Would you have hesitation about putting someone with comorbid panic and attention/focus problems on the combo of a beta blocker and a stimulant (i.e. adderall xr)? Do you have any patients like this?

When I first started adderall I thought it was great, it calmed my racing thoughts (which is my biggest adhd problem) and I could tune out the static and focus. But, like many of you, experienced the "crash" later on. I tried some other combos, XR, Vyvanse...

I hope this helps? I know ssri's are really tough are not happy, maybe thats causing more of the issue of self doubt and anxiety .
You should try a beta blocker or tenex.

For temporary visas, we're really only interested in conditions like TB and other things that potentially present a risk to public health .
That condition is most unlikely to present a problem with getting an Australian WHV or W&HV .
