Hcg levels is a molar pregnancy which is very rare (and that was from a friend that had one about molar pregnancies and blighted ovums with high HCG levels quickly rising.

Beta hCG levels down.... After my first week of BEP, my hCG level is 48,887.
This is down from last week's level when we started chemo of 54,000.
I was hoping it would be lower, but maybe that's ok?
What do y'all think?

The 1/2 life of hCG is pretty short, like 3 days, so while down is good, you would expect increase as the dying tumors pump out their b-hcg into the blood.
